Photo and video visits
From $650 a visit
We shoot your crew while the real work is going on, with no scripts and nobody asked to talk to the camera. A visit runs up to 2 hours, and 30 edited photos land in your shared folder within a week. Add video and you also get 3 short vertical clips for Facebook and Instagram.
Sit-downs with Gilbert
Included with Gold
Once a month, Gilbert meets you face to face to go over the report and plan what comes next. Silver gets a monthly call instead.
Everything else
Done from St. Johns
Your Google profile, review replies, review texts, website pages, and Facebook and Instagram posts all run from our end. Your part is uploading the week's job photos to the shared folder.

How Google picks who shows up nearby
Search for a roofer from a driveway in Fleming Island, and Google fills the map at the top with roofers it thinks are close and good at the job. Its own help pages name what it weighs: how well a business matches the search, how far it is from the person searching, and how well known it is, which includes its reviews.
You can't move your shop closer to every customer. You can make the other two stronger. During setup we clean up your Google profile, list the towns you serve, and record where you rank today. Call and ask. Photo visits and sit-downs need us there in person, so they stay close to St. Johns. The Google profile, review and website work can be done from anywhere, and the stone beds page that went to #1 belongs to a landscaper in Indiana, PA.
Do I need an office in every town to show up there?
No. Most trades go to the customer, and Google has a setting for that called a service area. It lets you list the towns you cover without showing your home address on the map.
How far will you drive for a photo visit?
