Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Prodigal Marketing, LLC ("Prodigal", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit prodigalmarketing.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, business name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and analytics. We don't sell or share this data.

Cookies

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Netlify may use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep the site running.

How we use your information

We use your contact-form submission to reply to you and, if a working relationship begins, to communicate about that engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with the small number of vendors that help us run the business (e.g. our email provider, our scheduling tool), and only as needed to deliver the service you asked about.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you've shared at any time by emailing gilbert@prodigalmarketing.com.
